What type of information we have
1. Customer’s full name, email address, address, telephone number, address.
2. Customer’s financial information including billing address, payment method and payment details.
3. Customer’s order and sample details.
4. Details used to generate an invoice for an organisation or an individual including name, address, telephone number and VAT number is applicable.

How we get the information and why we do we have it
1. Customer’s details are collected from an enquiry form filled in by the customer on our website or emails and phone calls made to us directly in order to contact the customer regarding providing our bespoke services and / or booking a consultation or send customers fabric samples or a finished product. This information is stored by Godaddy – website management software, info@tictacinteriors.com email account and staffs work laptop.
2. Customer’s details are stored in the same way as above when terms of business are signed.
3. Customer’s details including enquiry order details, shipping and payment details and payment method is collected every time an invoice is generated and stored in Stripe database (software for processing online payments), Godaddy – website management software, info@tictacinteriors.com email account and staff's work laptop.
4. This information is collected in order to provide a service, fulfil legal obligations (terms and conditions, invoicing) and contact the customer with regards to their order.
5. As the warranty on most of our products is 2 years, we store these details for 24 months. Should you wish to withdraw your consent to have your data stored for this period of time, please email info@tictacinteriors.com.
What we do with the information.
1. Contact the customer in regards to their order or service they enquire about.
2. Send them samples or finished product.
3. Schedule a meeting relating to the service they enquire about at their property if necessary.
4. Generate an invoice in customer’s or organisation name and take payment
5. The information is shared with Squarespace in case if the customer makes contact or purchase directly via website.
6. Payment information and invoices is processed by online payment platform – Stripe and Paypal
7. Personal details are shared with P.P.H Tictac in Warsaw, Poland, apaczka.pl, UPS, DHL and other delivery couriers we work with.
8. Personal details are shared with fabric and furniture companies we work with, should samples or products be requested by the clients.
9. On invoices with our accountant in order to prepare annually tax declarations.
